These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of penpalvibez.com and your purchase of Penpal Vibez LLC memberships.
Penpal Vibez provides subscription-based physical mail designed to deliver encouragement, motivation, and connection. A standard membership currently includes an 8-line motivational note during Week 1, a monthly encouraging letter during Week 3, and occasional surprise “Thinking of You” cards.
The service is intended primarily for adults. For recipients under 18, a legal guardian must create and manage the membership. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information and ensuring that use of the service is appropriate for the recipient.
The current standard membership price is $24.99 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscription charges recur until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to the cancellation timing shown in the checkout or customer portal. Mail already prepared or shipped may not be refundable. Any refund policy displayed at checkout controls if it differs from this general statement.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize the applicable recurring charge until the membership is cancelled. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of service.
Delivery times vary by destination and postal service. Penpal Vibez is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.
Penpal Vibez may accept customers internationally where payment processing and physical-mail delivery are supported. Availability may be restricted in certain countries, territories, or destinations due to payment, postal, customs, sanctions, legal, or operational requirements.
You are responsible for information you submit. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, abusive, illegal, or third-party information without authorization. We may reject content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for the service.
Reviews are optional and limited to 240 characters. By submitting a review, you grant Penpal Vibez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use the submitted review for website and marketing purposes. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
Penpal Vibez branding, logo, designs, original letters, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Penpal Vibez and may not be copied or used without permission.
We aim to provide a positive and meaningful experience, but we do not guarantee a particular emotional, social, therapeutic, educational, or personal outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Penpal Vibez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may change the service, pricing, or Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
